Your privacy
To rent you a car we need some of your details. Here's which ones, what for and who else sees them.
What you give us
- To reach you: your name, email and phone.
- For the rental: your address, your date of birth and, if you'd like to get it out of the way, your license number and expiration date.
- From the site: basic data on how it's browsed, so everything works well.
What we use them for
To get your booking and contract ready, improve our service and let you know about promotions or changes to our rules.
Who else sees them
Your details stay with us. They only go where your booking needs them (the system where we manage it and the gateway where you pay by card) or where the law requires.
How we look after them
We take steps so nobody without permission can get to your information. You enter your card on the payment gateway, not here: this site never sees or keeps its number.
What you can ask for
To see the details we have about you, fix them or have us delete them. Email elitecarrental2023@gmail.com or call 787-974-0220.
In your browser
Two things are kept there: the language you picked and what you've typed in your booking, so it isn't lost if you close the page. They go away when you clear your browser data.
