Rental terms
What we agree on when you rent with Elite Car Rental, in plain words. By using this site or booking with us, you accept it.
The site
Use it in good faith and within the law. If someone misuses it, we can refuse them service.
To rent
- Be 21 or older.
- A license that hasn't expired.
- A way to pay the rental and the $100 deposit: card, ATH Móvil, Zelle, cash or Klarna.
- The person who booked is the one who picks up the car, with their own license.
Your booking
Every booking depends on the car being free on those dates. You pay as your quote says, with the method you choose when booking.
Rental days
The dates you sign in the contract are the ones that count. Each day is 24 hours from the time you pick up. Need the car longer? Let us know before your return time.
How the car is used
Responsibly, within the law and for what the contract says. If you plan to use it for something else, talk to Elite Car Rental first.
Coverage
Every rental comes with coverage included, at no extra cost. What it covers and what it doesn't is written in the rental contract.
Bringing it back
Return it the way we gave it to you: clean and with the same fuel. Missing fuel or cleaning is charged separately.
What's on you
Tickets, tolls, damage and towing that come up while you have the car. They can be charged even after you've returned it.
No smoking
Nobody smokes in Elite Car Rental cars.
If something happens on the road
You have 24/7 assistance anywhere on the island, with an emergency line and towing. If there's an accident, call 911 and then Elite Car Rental at 787-974-0220.
When you confirm
Confirming your booking means you agree to the estimated total and to everything on this page. That total may change when the rental closes if any of the charges above apply.

We update it right here on this page; what's posted here is what applies.
